I Have No Reason to Believe That Feng Shui Isn't Condemned by the Word of God

It's really crazy to think if someone can claim to be a Christian while believing in any form of astrology at the same time. Feng Shui is no different. Some might think it's "harmless fun"  but that's what Satan wants people to think of witchcraft. Whether they like it or not - Feng Shui is simply another form of witchcraft as it's associated with astrology and superstition. It's impossible to divorce Feng Shui from the occultic practices linked to it.

This reminds me of the warning God gave in Deuteronomy 18:10-12 which says:
There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch, or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD: and becasue of these abominations that the LORD thy God doth driv them out from before thee.

It's such a serious warning. Where the Canaanites simply driven out for eating pork or shellfish? No but rather, they were driven out for their wicked practices. Some may argue, "But it's Old Testament." which further raises more questions - would such people think that many sinful practices condemned in the Old Testament should be condoned by the New Testament. God forbid such wicked thinking!

The New Testament still condemns witchcraft as a sin. Galatians 5:20 lists them among the fruits of the flesh. Revelation 9:21 and 18:23 condemns sorcery as sin. You can't deny how witchcraft itself is still condemned even in the New Testament. Yet people still do it and Feng Shui is no different. It's a form of fortune telling that observes the times, it tries to predict the future and even consults with familiar spirits in order to determine the lucky dates. Also, there's no room for Christians to believe in luck in contrast to the world.

The truth is that Feng Shui's principles are contrary to the Word of God. It wants to focus on gathering wealth and we know 1 Timothy 6:10 warns that greed is the root of all evil. It focuses on superstition such as the wearing of amulets, seeking lucky or auspicious dates to do something and it's false prophecies. Feng Shui masters are no different from the false prophets that God has condemned in both the Old Testament and the New Testament. God warns about the snare of false prophets in Deuteronomy 13:1-5 that such people should be ignored. It even qualifies one to be put to death (Deuteronomy 18:20) especially some Feng Shui masters even have the nerve to say they're Christians.

But what about times when Feng Shui masters get it right? God warns in Deuteronomy 13:2 that there are times that he allows false prophets to utter the truth. Remember that Balaam may have predicted the rise of the Messiah but he remained unrepentant to the point he was slain by the Israelites. Caiaphas later predicted the death of Jesus but he remained degenerate (John 11:50, 18:14). God seldom lets it happen to test the people on whether or not they would still listen to Him or to the false prophets. Feng Shui is no different and it's still in God's hate list.
