I'm Afraid Some Christian Apologists Are Going Overboard

I figured out that it's very easy for me to criticize the Roman Catholic apologists for their unprofessional behavior in defending their faith. But there's always the statement that Jesus said about taking the beam from your eye before taking the speck from another person's eye.
Matthew 7:2-5 - For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again. And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?" Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.

The best thing for any Christian do to is to first judge themselves before others. They're called to reprove sin but they must first reprove themselves first. I figured out that it's never easy to examine one's self. But that's what the Bible says.
2 Corinthians 13:5 - Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?
It's very important to have self-examination even if you know for sure you're saved. You're looking mightily unto Jesus. Check. You're not living like the rest of the world. Check. You hate sin. Check. You want to do good works. Check. A self-examination is always good because anyone can have sins that aren't dealt with yet. The Holy Spirit will give His help to Christians in their quest for self-examination. The same can go for getting overboard.

It can be observed some Christians may have moments where they lack professionalism in the face of unprofessional people. It's very easy to say for anyone to keep in mind that they shouldn't act like the other person. But how easy is to apply outside the grace of God? Almost and next to impossible. It's highly possible to be gifted with lots of knowledge about the Bible but to fail to show love while doing the task sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ out of love. It's very easy to expect hostility and opposition from unsaved people but not stooping down to their level is really difficult.

The problem of getting overboard can be seen in this joke. Let's just say that Martin Luther were alive today and he saw the words, "We accept PayPal." then under it were the word "Bulls". Many might instantly get triggered ignoring that PayPal and Papal though they may be read the same are two different words. PayPal is a credit card service while papal refers to anything to do in relation with the Pope. It's very difficult to think properly when you've gone overboard. God give me the strength to overcome those moments!

What can be done? It's all about asking for God's grace. Whenever any Christian tries to do God's work without God's grace, it's like doing your boss' work without the necessary resources. God doesn't only command His servants but He also supplies. In short, Christians can't do God's work without God's provision.
