Giving a Piece of My Mind About 9/11 and Islamic Terrorism

Every time it's September, I'm reminded of the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center. It's been 15 years since the fall of the Twin Towers at the World Trade Center and I felt like it was a sign of the LORD's inevitable coming. After that incident, I started reading more about Islam that it wasn't a peaceful religion. It didn't surprise me because I was already saved when I read those information.

So why did the two terrorists two what they did? Islam guarantees no salvation even for Muslims and the biggest guarantee is that if they die in Jihad. The religion of Muhammad was spread through terrorism. The whole promise of giving the martyrs of Allah their reward of seventy virgin may have motivated the two suicide bombers into doing what they did. By willingly hi-jacking two planes and crashing them into the World Trade Center's two buildings, they may have been enthusiastic to meet their seventy virgins only to realize they were headed to Hell. Many people who may have been on those planes may have ended in Hell with the Muslim terrorists who carried out the operation.

To say Islam had nothing to do with 9/11 is nothing more than blind judgment. It's really disturbing to think that many were misled by that lie including some Muslims themselves. When 9/11 happened, a lot of Muslim terrorists rejoiced. The late Osama bin Ladin was indeed the mastermind. If 9/11 had nothing to do with Islam then why were Muslim states rejoiced over it. Worse, 9/11 wasn't un-Islamic. It was very Islamic and the some Muslims today have no idea how their religion even spread. They don't even know how much of a degenerate Muhammad was either.

I can't fully judge or be sure of what really happened when John Paul II visited the Muslim gunman some time after the shooting incident. While it's the right thing to forgive even the person who shot you but forgiveness must never be confused with condoning wrong. Pope Francis tries to beg the world not to keep thinking of Islam as a hostile religion. When Pope Francis declared that the Bible and Koran are both inspired by God, he has shown further he can't be the representative of Jesus Christ on Earth. It's really something that Islam's now embraced as just another "peaceful world religion" even after 9/11 and the recent ISIS attacks. It's not surprising considering that 2 Thessalonians 2:9 says they're deluded from the truth because they love not the truth.

When I think about 9/11, it should motivate Christians to keep preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. All these terrorist attacks happen because of one problem and that's sin. Like the Tower of Siloam (Luke 13:4-5) that killed eighteen people during Jesus' ministry, one must consider that except you repent you will likewise perish. Sin is the major cause of all the world's troubles. Satan led Adam to sin and sin became the biggest cause of trouble in the world. Adam couldn't blame Eve and Eve couldn't blame Satan. They were responsible for their individual sins. The total depravity of man is no joke as the Bible says in Romans 3:10-19 that none's righteous, all men have gone astray and everyone's guilty. Anyone without Jesus is a prisoner of sin and only His grace and mercy can set them free and set them right.
